How cost & budget work

A full-time C-suite role is a heavy fixed commitment, designed for organisations that already have the structure to absorb it. The fractional model gives access to the same level of seniority, at market rates for Switzerland, calibrated to your phase and real priorities. Two engagement modes, combinable as needed: a fixed schedule for recurring needs, or a flexible envelope over a defined period at a slightly higher rate. In both cases, the agreed days are fully consumed on what moves the mandate forward.

What you get in both options

Exclusivity

For engagements where I am working at 50–70% capacity for you, I take no other client in your industry.

Coaching included

Systemic team coaching, group coaching, or individual coaching for your leaders. All part of the same engagement.

Simple administration

We use a CDD (fixed term contract) or work through a partner service. I adapt to what is simplest for your company.

Why 50–70% is enough

As a fractional executive, I step fully and quickly into the heart of the mandate: the subject matter, the teams, the responsibilities. My involvement is not shaped by an internal career trajectory. This gives me complete availability: to understand fast, to structure without detour, to act alongside the people in place, and to focus my energy on what needs to move.

Any work beyond the committed days is billed at my daily rate (typically 2,000–3,000 CHF depending on scope). No penalty, no renegotiation: just a simple adjustment.
