My story

For more than fifteen years, I worked in demanding international environments: Orange, Nespresso, Celgene, Bristol-Myers Squibb. Organisations that shaped me, challenged me, and in which I built expertise I could not have developed anywhere else.

Over time, I learned to distinguish two types of energy: the kind that creates value, and the kind that structures absorb. Large organisations are incomparable schools. They are also environments where the essential and the incidental often compete for the same space.

I chose a different model — not out of rejection, but out of consistency. I want my experience to land where it is useful, without dilution. To work with organisations that need high-level senior leadership for a specific phase, not a permanent executive. To bring immediate decision-making and execution capacity, accelerated by AI as a real lever, not a promise. And to keep the space necessary for reflection, because that is where perspective comes from.

What I wish for every client is simple: that at the end of the engagement, the organisation knows why it worked, how to replicate what was built, and no longer needs me.
